Formed in May 1986 (under the prior company name, Mikohn Gaming), Progressive Gaming has transitioned from a manufacturer of signs and slot machines to a dynamic, innovative, systems-centric developer of casino management and progressive systems.  We have forged strategic partnerships with best-in-class companies, such as Harrah’s, Cantor Gaming, International Game Technology, and Shuffle Master to name but a few. Recent Events

February 2007

PGIC expands strategic agreements with Cantor Gaming, affiliate of global financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald. Progressive Gaming will be the worldwide distributor of Cantor’s mobile gaming systems and Cantor has licensed the rights to Rapid Bet Live™ and Primeline™ for use with their mobile gaming system’s sports wagering applications.

July 2006

Cantor Gaming and Progressive Gaming enter into a content licensing agreement whereby Cantor will offer a select list of Progressive’s game content, including Texas Hold ‘Em Bonus™ Poker and Caribbean Stud Poker® for use on Cantor’s mobile gaming devices in Nevada and other jurisdictions worldwide.

April 2006

Progressive Gaming completes minority investment in Magellan Technology Pty Ltd. of Australia. Magellan Technology has provided Progressive Gaming with an exclusive master license for use of RFID in the gaming industry worldwide. The technology and intellectual property licensed from Magellan are key components in Table iD™.

March 2006

Mikohn Gaming Corporation, a Nevada corporation formally changes it name to Progressive Gaming International Corporation via a short form merger with one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries and simultaneously amending its Amended and Restated Article of Incorporation.

January 2006

Progressive Gaming grants Gaming Partners International Corporation exclusive rights in the United States and non-exclusive rights outside the United States to manufacture gaming chips with 13.56 MHz RFID technology.

October 2005

The Company completes the acquisition of Virtgame Corp., a provider of open architecture gamine software primarily focused on the delivery of central server-based slot games and centrally management sports betting.

September 2005

Progressive enters into a definitive agreement to acquire EndX Group Limited, whereby the EndX product suite is integrated as part of the Company’s CasinoLink Enterprise Edition Slot Management Module. This acquisition was completed in December 2005.
